Payment Options
We accept Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa credit cards, via Paypal secure payment method. We do not keep details of any credit card information.

Other
We also accept Direct Deposit, Australia Post Money Orders and Bank Cheque, however when paying by these methods goods can only be dispatched when monies have cleared to OTi Organiser. This may take up to 2-3 days. Please select your payment method at the checkout.

Postage and handling
Your shipping costs are shown at the check out. You can proceed through the checkout to confirm postage costs without placing your order. The very last order process is to confirm or decline placement of your order.

Your order can be shipped via express post, regular post (Sydney only) or parcel post. If via express post Australia post guarantees next day delivery to most areas. The guarantee is not applicable in remote areas and covers the cost of postage only.

We will always dispatch next working day. If you do have an order with some urgency, please call us and we will accommodate you as best as we can. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any problems or delays in delivery.
  Important: Your Order Confirmation Email
Please check your order confirmation email thoroughly. If there are any errors or changes please email us immediately. Please note that changes can not be made once your order is shipped. If you are sending your package to somewhere other than the billing address, both addresses will appear on your Order Confirmation Email.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please email us and we will correct the email address and send you a copy of your order and your order number. Please do not assume your order has not been received.

Order Cancellations
All order cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing. Your order is considered current unless canceled in writing (via email).

Returns and exchanges
All of our products are dispatched in perfect condition and in complete working order, to the best of our knowledge. If however, you find fault with a product please contact us immediately so that we can replace the product.

All faulty products will be replaced within 7 days. We cannot exchange/ refund gifts that are not to the taste/ liking of the recipient.
